I graduated with my master’s degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work in 2017 and worked as a therapist in community mental health in New York City before moving to Miami in March 2020. After several years of working as a therapist at a clinic, I opened my private practice and now work completely remotely as a therapist and a clinical supervisor for new and established therapists.
Personally, I’m married and welcomed my first child in early 2025. While therapy is always centered on you, I believe my own life experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the many challenges people face. Becoming a mother has especially ignited a passion for supporting others navigating fertility, pregnancy, early parenthood, and the full perinatal and postpartum experience.
My therapeutic approach draws from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and the Gottman Method, and is trauma informed, strengths based, and has a harm reduction focus.
As a therapist, you can expect me to be an active listener who brings a calm, direct, transparent, and often humorous presence to our work together. Both my personal and professional experiences have given me a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of relationships and these continue to inform the way I engage with my clients: grounded, attuned, and compassionate. I see therapy as an opportunity for me to support you in a collaborative process that allows you to build insight, increase self awareness, foster change, and encourage growth.
I hope I am able to support you in identifying your existing strengths and resiliency, and help empower you in making changes and altering patterns that no longer serve you, as an individual and/or in your relationships.
